Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, or reschedules made within 24 hours notice of your appointment may incur a 50% fee for that appointment and 100% for no shows or cancelling within 1 hr.

When you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy

Do you have a Waters on Victoria voucher?

Waters on Victoria closed as a business on June 15th 2024. Vital Balance has not bought Waters, but we have moved into the gorgeous premises they were in.

Christine Seddon is staying on with Vital Balance until December 2024, and she will honor any outstanding Waters on Victoria vouchers only on the days that she is working .

Unfortunately, since Waters has closed, Vital Balance doesn’t offer all the same treatments, so there are limited treatments available.
