Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, or reschedules made within 24 hours notice of your appointment may incur a 50% fee for that appointment and 100% for no shows or cancelling within 1 hr.

When you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy
